But, there was one point that should be useful for a corporate level,
The intense point is, if they need to spread word of Crysis 2 effectively, they should give the console people a chance to see much of this game via a demo released and plus those people spread the word about how good it is or bad. The pc people (Including us) will not have a problem because most pc players hear about crysis games because its used a lot as a benchmark. Cryteks best bet is to release a demo or beta for the consoles and pc to get more people talking about it and telling each other to download it and try it out.

Thats just my intensely needed point on whats going on and how it can be fixed, by simply fulfilling most peoples hopes on here and to get more heads into the action by putting a demo. possibly a commercial as well.

And this is it.

Thy fight is noble, but this may settle if you wish: Living proof of how the Crysis Demo changed me and how I discovered Crysis thanks to it.

And here's thy link if interested: http://www.geforce.com/#/GamesandApps/games/crysis/overview

Thy service is to Crysis 2, no thanks is necessary. If thy demo taught me of Crysis, it will do the same for all.
(In gaming/graphic corporate standards, a demo would seem most appropriate for this game. A lesson to be headed from Crysis 1.)

Just a friendly reminder, this is not just a poll. But its also a collection of data/information, relevant to the importance and possibility of a future demo for Crysis 2.

The Signs of a Demo seem, scarce and mysterious. :(

Most people just can't control themselves. They bother to look, but they don't finish.

Thy be tough times, people only want to see what they want to believe. Besides, you probably found better things to do than lecturing us.

I also think that a demo is great for people that only care about Singleplayer, whereas only having a multiplayer beta can leave some people's interests in the dust.

Hopefully a demo does not cost any money like Cevat said he was thinking about in the past, as that would not be either ethical or profitable for the company.

PC players need a demo so we can see if it is worth buying for PC. So far, all I have seen is not as good as Crysis 1. And if its only small maps with 6 vs 6, no vehicles, etc., then forget it. Most PC players want large battlefields, vehicles, and realistic simulation. So far, Crysis 2 looks like an arcade game.

February max. if not too late. And the game would be almost death in consoles before release.

I say this because a Demo is the only marketing chance EA/Crytek has to really show off the game, to the huge FPS fan base in the consoles market, taking into account most people who plays shooters in consoles have not played Crysis before, perhaps heard about, but not played.

And how can you become a potential buyer is you have not play a 5 minute sequence of the game at least.

Remember that unfortunately Crysis as an IP is not as strong/constituted as CoD, Halo, Killzone or Battlefield.
