first of all please be patient with me, because my english is not the best. In addition I hope that this is the right Forum for my problem.

Well, since yesterday I have a graphics Bug. On every Map the grass is black instead of green. I deleted the cache files and the map files but the grass is still black.

Today I de- and reinstalled the game. I played one round with green grass and now its black again.

Anyone with the same problem or someone who can help me with this?

I'm sorry I can't. If I want to make a Screenshot of it ... it is completely black. Also the screenshot.
The plants are green but the complete bottom is black. A friend of mine also have this problem since today.

Anyone got an idea how I can make a screenshot which is not just black?

Use a tool like FRAPS to make screensshots not PRNT SCRN on your keyboard. If you have the steam-version, use steam's build-in screenshot function or if you have X-fire, use that. There are tons of options out there.

Other than that, I can't offer any explanation for the black grass other than don't smoke it. Maybe a couple of good screenshots will help paint a better picture.

If my post wasn't clear:
- Don't use the print-screen button on keyboard
- Goolgle for tools like; FRAPS, or use steam's screenshot function, or perhaps X-Fire's screenshot function. (fraps being the easiest solution.)

edit: btw. most of the time the first round of a Day has green grass! o.O After 1 Round Lighthouse it was black again.

well... the grass seems fine... it's the texture underneath that's weird... weird indeed.

and since he only got black-screenshots I assumed he used prnt scrn function, which doesn't work very well for all fullscreen applications/games.

I hope some of the devs see this, coz it's rather weird that your texture looks different. Maybe they have a clue what's going on here. Really strange.

Texture is not rendering have you try uninstall your graphic card driver after restart your pc and install a newest driver.

I installed the new Nvidia Driver few minutes ago. I'll test it if Crysis 2 Server are back online. Atm you can't connect to ANY game.......

ok. New Driver installed. Still bugged. Anyone else has an idea how to fix this?

I'm playing on Extreme. In the Nvidia thing I don't changed anything.

I'm also having the same problem. I just Lol'd at how crap the bottom texture was. I thought it was just mixed up textures, it looks like a burnt grass texture, with green grass on top. I'm using a AMD HD 6870 with Latest Drivers. Just out of curiosity, could someone post a SS of what it should look like?
