The Marines : Crysis

I know we dont give them much credit, but do you think they will have a pivotal role in saving New York in Crysis 2?

They'll probably be just like the ones in halo. Plus I'm pretty sure if any form of invasion happened in the U.S. homeland it would be the Army who would be there.

the grunts might be kinda lame, but maybe there will be some vehicles that back you up in rough spots, and give you that "im fighting for something bigger' feel

Marines in crysis 2 are pretty good but i still dount undestand why some wear gas masks and some have no armor and i hope the marine nanosuit soldiers help us fight against hordes of aliens that would be sweet.

They either needed Hazmat suits or gas masks to stop the spreading or infection of the plague.
