That's un-expected... Cod, converts to Crysis 2.

Cod Moder Warfare was good, and Black ops was so much more thrilling. It had a kind of noir feeling from the start, to conspiracy feeling in the mid-of-the game. Though, it didn't last that long, so Crysis 2 will take over after.

Crysis 2 will ultimatley beat COD6 in terms of popularity. Its obvious already.

I don't want this game to become the next 'big thing', it should stand out on it's own.

Look at COD5, everyone and their grandmother is playing it. I don't know about you lot, but I get put off when my mates girlfriend, and her friends and his friends are all playing a game about covert operations during the Cold War, that doesn't sound right to me, it isn't Wii sports, it just shouldn't appeal to that many people and when it does then something is wrong with that picture.

This is how it is, the console people will not see much of this game unless a demo is released and people spread the word about how it is good or bad. the pc people will not have a problem because most pc players hear about crysis games because its used a lot as a benchmark. Cryteks best bet is to release a demo or beta for the consoles and pc to get more people talking about it and telling each other to download it and try it out.
thats just my opinion on whats going on and how it can be fixed, by simply fulfilling most peoples hopes on here and to get more heads into the action by putting a demo. possibly a commercial as well.

I have been a pc gamer. I went out and bought crysis the minute i installed windows 7.
Thing is tho i go to school and talk about it to some of my friends (cod nerds) and their like "what the eff is crysis?"
so i told them all about, made them watch all of C2's video's, and told them the graphics are the best. And now they cant wait to buy it. So that is about 10 people i have convinced, and hopefully they will tell their friends which i know 3 of them did. I hope it spreads like a virus to gain more popularity for crysis2, seeing as it hardly has any for the console gamers. But all in all crysis 2.. put it this way, as soon as i get it? hehe.
