why the terrain is black ?

Urr my first guess would be your graphics card is too old...

and my second... uh.... your drivers arent up to date

my third your directx isnt up to date

Choose one or check all.

Upload your DxDiag file

open start (the little windows button down left) and type "dxdiag" (without quotes) in the search window.

then save it and upload it here.

i have gts 450 1 GB , directx 11 and Nvidia driver updated to 267.59

Maybe is the CPU ? i have got an amd athlon X2 3800 2,00 ghz

its doubtful that the cpu creates graphics errors like that, update to the new beta driver 270.51, its worth a shot.

another idea would be to disable/enable V-Sync in the graphics options (while enable would rather be more efficient)

I have update the driver to 270.51 and now it works !!!!
