I'm Not Sure if it's a glitch but if i cloak and shoot some one in the head nothing<(Test it in a private match).

But uncloak it's a one shot kill if it's in the head w/o armor mode on

Which is why you don't shoot from cloak. It's not a bug it's a feature.

You deal LESS and take MORE damage when cloaking. That's not a glitch.

I can see where i can take more damage as all my power is use on cloak,

But doing less damage hows that? your powers only help your aim
