I purchased the limited edition Crysis 2 on the Xbox 360 and when I entered my Limited Edition code for Crysis 2, it downloaded but I don't have access to any of the perks in game. I even tried going into my download history and re-downloading it, but when i go into my game i don't see any of the effects. I dont have the platium dog-tag, the scar camo or anything. I contacted EA and they told me they couldn't get onto my profile to see if it was active or whatever. So i was told to contact gamesas support for help. They haven't returned my email yet. Anyone know what to do?

I know that if you've paid for something you expect it to work and you want your limited edition bonuses, but they are so poor I really wouldn't worry about it if you never unlock them. I was insulted they're so poor. =(
