Why can't the xbox controller key bindings be changed on the pc ? I find it ridiculous that this game has support for 3D and there's no way to remap the controller buttons. Or even an option to disable the controller so that I can use a 3rd party solution?

I can remap or turn off the controller in every other fps except this game.
