Enough console vs Pc... this time its PC hd screenshot comparison time folks!

In fact we only can compare the pure grfx of each game and not the gameplay etc. ( but this sure will follow when C2 gets its release in march)









For me:

Its a draw...
Crysis 1 has the more stunning surroundings because of the island/nature scenery..
but Crysis 2 has a very "close to real" City scenery.

I must say on these screenshots both games look pretty much the same.
Its just the setting that has changed but nothin "that" special.
Its not like we went from incredible to unbelieveable or something.
So for me its more a rather a Crysis 1.5 than a Crysis 2
but nonetheless both games look awesome!

for me the winner is Crysis 1 the scenarios are simply better that Crysis 2

Crysis 2 by knockout!

Crysis 2. It simply does anything right. Putting the aliens into the foreground and moving away from the jungle is the best decision they could've made. Although you postet 1. The first ingame screenshots of the game, and 2. the xbox version. Comparin xbox and PC version and say they look the same, is what I am thinking and it's just great how they managed it.

who will win... isn't that obvious. consoles will reem in bigger profits for ea and crytek irregardless if the game is better or not

It all looks badass....I like a tropical island over a city in daily life....hmmm, There is more to shoot and destroy in a city.

and that is what its about although i will still play Crysis 2 i highly
believe i will still play Crysis 1 more

Those promotional screen shots resemble the exact same (Or near same) poses. I like them both, simply because were going to be dealing with a complete new environment.

I think they'll both be good, with crysis 2 having a much better 'action and think on your feet' element and crysis 1 having a much better 'exploration and planning' element.
