Can a charged jump cost 10% rather than 20% like it does on the campaign?

It costs 10 energy if you have mobility enhance.
What people don't understand is that the multiplayer suits are nanosuit 1.5, which means they are less effective and more power consuming, which is why both sides can afford so many.

Agreed. Apparently there is story element to it. This mulitplayer suits are version 1.5.

In the book it is mentioned that there is N2.0 or N2.2. I don't know which one we get in SP.

Nothing much said about N2.2

She's saying that because thats the maximum nanosuit killstreak reward... it's just letting you know that someone has activated it.

The Nanosuit 2.0 is too costly to mass produce for the C.E.L.L. soldiers and all the others wearing them, so they all receive mass produced, reduced cost, dumb-downed versions of the Nanostuit 2.0.
