Hey guys, I don't know if this is the proper section to post this in (this is my very first post), but I have had this issue where I would get into an online match and the sound of my weapon is completely off. Also I cannot hear the footsteps from either my team or enemy players! This happened to me quite a few times (almost 30 to 40% of the time). Did any of you guys experience this as well? Thanks and again, sorry if I posted this in the wrong area.

I get it about once every 5-6 games and has different effects each time sometimes there's no sound at all the next you'll just hear your own foot steps and gun sounds but nothing else.

To be honest I think it's due to lag I've noticed that all the games effected are really laggy and everybody has bad connections other than that I have no clue whats causing it.

I only get this problem the first time I enter a match already in progress. After that it's fine

It's a bug that happens when you join a game late, usually when it's a laggy game. It will fix the next game you play in that lobby, and sometimes your sound will slowly come back throughout the current match that lacks sound.

Yes that is exactly what I'm experiencing. It's kind of annoying, but I guess I'll have to deal with it for now until there's some sort of fix. Anyways, good to know that it isn't just me, thanks!
