Redeem code login? Already logged in?

I am also having this issue, and have been since the day of release. I have also been unable to log into multiplayer (a separate issue, I assume, but very frustrating nonetheless) in both the demo prior to release and the full game.

I had the same problem while using Firefox. I then tried using IE, and it worked immediately. Have you guys tried this?

I have emailed, EA and my crysis, but i have more chance on walking on water than getting a reply.

i have tried all different browsers with no luck,, all give the same thing saying to log in.

but!!!

i had a mate sign in with his account on my pc, and with no problems it give him the option to enter the redeem code...

so it must be a problem with certain peoples ''gamesas'' accounts. NOT THE BROWSERS! but if im wrong! and it is the browsers, then still i think its ''gamesas'' web admins that should make sure that ANYONE can use there chosen browser to complete the redeem code.

i have tried everything, deleted cookies, history, passwords, log in details, and got nothing to work.
i have payed for this LE package! AND I DEMAND IT! its not something us users having this problem to think ''oh never mind Crytek, we forgive you''

with all the problems me and my clan have had so far like, login fails, activation keys not working, REDEEM CODES NOT WORKING!!! waiting for patches ect ect ect and so on so on so on!.....

this game is travelling down the same **** stream as Black ops did and starting to look like an epic fail!!

Crytek please get u fingers out your asses and get these problems sorted!!! we have payed good money for these games! and u cant help but see why people pirate games when people have to put up with this crap!

as u can see im loosing patience !!!

it is one great game :) just a few kinks to work out

Why is this still being ignored?

Crytek I really like the game and enjoyed the singleplayer a lot, but please let me redeem my multiplayer unlock code.

Fix please, I'm not touching multiplayer until I can redeem my code, which is a great shame as I quite enjoyed the multiplayer demo

I got the Limited Edition of Crysis 2 a few days ago for my birthday. I'm constantly going onto the page to input my code (gamesas.com/limitededition), and it keeps on saying "you must be signed in to view this page. Please use the sign in button at the topright of the screen." I sign in, and the screen appears again.

I've tried refreshing, signing in multiple times, re-directing to the page from the game, nothing. Nothing is making this page display. Is there ANY known way to fix this? Has anyone even redeemed their limited edition yet??

This problem has been plaguing users since the game's launch (including myself). I have not seen any fix to it, so for now you are stuck waiting till the website is fixed. Sorry that this doesn't help, but at least you know that you are not alone with this issue.

I've been having this problem since launch as well.
I was finally able to redeem my code after I changed my password to be the same as my gamespy one.

I thought I'd try it since I couldn't log into multiplayer using my gamesas.com username & password (as the login instructions say), but I've been able to play all this time using my gamespy account info ...
I also noticed in NoScript for Firefox that it shows an option to allow gamespy.com ... so maybe the redeem code stuff authenticates against them somehow?
All I know is, it finally worked after I changed my gamesas.com account password to be the same as my gamespy one. (My username & email are the same on both if that has anything to do with it too.)

This isn't what I did, but maybe you could log into gamespy.com first so you have the cookies or whatever already set, then gamesas.com?

I've changed my gamesas.com password to something different again and now the redeem code box comes up everytime so I can't reproduce the problem anymore.
(Maybe they coincidentally fixed it at the same time! (Do they work on Saturdays?))
