LE code accepted, no content in game, no history either?

I hope this gets more attention in this forum since it seems to be a site issue.

I entered my LE code, it was confirmed on screen, then it appeared in my purchase history. No email was sent regarding LE code purchase, however. I went into the game and there was NO Limited Edition content. I then came back to gamesas.com and logged in. I went to check my 'purchase history' on the redeemcode page and there is no history anymore!?! My code has disappeared! I tried to enter my code many more times and it keeps giving me the "usage limit reached" message.

Any word on a resolution for this issue? I would like my dog tag, hologram attachment, and digital camo. I wouldn't mind the XP either, but since I'm already lvl 4 the XP isn't a real big deal, unless it will be added to the current XP I've gained through playing already.

It is possible to be internally logged in at the redeem code page with a deleted account thanks to old cookies, even though it says invalid user/pass if you try that account now. When you login with a new account on the redeem code page, the top right shows the new username, but the redeem code window is actually logged into the old deleted account (if you haven't cleared cookies). The DLC got redeemed on the deleted account and wasted.

To verify this, delete all cookies, then go to redeem code page and login with deleted account (it will say invalid) then try again with new account. Then purchase history will show the DLC.

Clearing cookies still doesn't work.

Still nothing. Anyone have any ideas? I haven't seen any news confirming a fix or possible patch for this.

Your code has been wasted on the first account you were signed in to. There is no way to redeem it on a new account. You need a new code.

What a mess. Didn't you have the same problem as me? Did they ever fix your issue?

If my LE content was wasted on some other account, can an admin see that the account where the LE content is registered has never used any content or even played the first game? I don't understand why I can't get my PC LE content. Someone on Crytek's end should be able to see that the content was wasted on an unused, now deleted, account if that's the case with my content. A straight answer from a mod would be much appreciated, even if it's "there's nothing we can do about your PC LE content, but atleast you got your PS3 LE content so play it on the PS3". Of course, I'd rather hear that you can simply email me a new LE code that will work on this account.
