Best Graphics card for less then 100 dollars

Hey guys,
my grandpas pc broke down and he needs a new graphic card for less then 100 bucks.
Could you guys tell me about the best one for the price?

Tell grandpa to pick up Crysis 2! My friend just found a 9800GTX for $70.00

Also, you need to post specs on his computer first like motherboard type does he have, power supply and what exactly is he going to be using it for?

He needs one for gaming, he played Far Cry and Crysis and Warhead, he liked it :D
He doesnt know the specs exactly so I need to visit him and look at it, so ill post the mainboard and pwer supply later.

i have a neat 9800GT with a custom cooler (scythe musashi) so you REALLY can push the oc settings up to the SKY BABY!!! (i purchased a gtx 480 in summer so i won't need it anymore. Just would be a pitty to throw it away)

Buy a used 4870.. maybe you can find one on eBay and you will be fine ;)
Crysis on very very high shouldn't be problem then :P
