Like the topic said. You can test The system requirements for Crysis 2. I will tell you step by step how to:

(By the way, u will need to download a thing if you havent tried this site before, it will just ask you if you allow it, just press "yes" and then continue)

1: Google "Can you run it"
2: Press http://www.systemrequirementslab.com
3: Write in Crysis 2 at the upper field
4: Press can u run it
5: Wait until the website gathers your information (here should be the DL phase if i remember correctly)
6: Now you can see how good your computer will work with crysis 2

Please write down in this thread how your computer did!
My own computer was furthest to the right at the scale(Which means "Best"=wont have problem with Crysis 2 at all)

Sorry to be the party pooper but

1- System Requirements Lab is not reliable.
2- Even if they were reliable they do not have the recommended system specs for Crysis 2.

All that stupid website does is compare your specs with the listed specs and it does a poor job of doing that.

Don't sweat it......if you can run Crysis 1 you will run Crysis 2 I promise. If not you can get custom configs that will make even lower settings.

Very hard to believe indeed, a 7600 Gs could only run Crysis at low settings? Maybe there is another gpu inserted to you Motherboard without your knowledge.

Umm... Dude, I don't think the 6100GT is even DirectX 9... Didn't the true HDR - DX9 cards start at the nVidia 6800 Series? And even then, the nVidia 6800 Ultra card struggled to run Half Life 2 at high resolutions with AA and AF. I mean, even something like a 8600/9500 GT struggles to run Crysis on Low at 1280x1024... I guess in theory you might be able to pull it off if you were running on a 1990's 128x128 CRT Monitor; but even that may be a stretch. =P

Everything from the requirement is ok, but something that it's weird is the RAM requirements

2 Gb? I have more than that so i can run it but it bugs me, if it requires a MINUMUM of 2GB or RAM to run crysis 2, then how consoles with 256 MB ram run Crysis 2 on "medium" settings?


My guess is that there will be tweaks to be able to play Crysis 2 on PC will much less Ram than the one specified

the website just doesnt make sense i can run crysis on high with 35 fps

and i cant even pass the minimum for crysis 2 thats strange

Wait tell the demo is released I say... Only true way to determine if your system can handle Crysis 2.
