Will there be a custom game type setting in the retail release for consoles?

If so, how comprehensive will it be? Can we set and adjust parameters such as no stealth, no armor, air stomp only, adjust suit power usage, etc.?

Just wondering how much freedom the console community is going to get regarding custom game types. If any at all.
