I think there should a be a mod to fix one oddity that has bugged me. You the player can randomly run through town shooting up the place, so as you don't hit anyone and no one will care. Could someone try to make a mod to address this?

So you want people to start beating you to death just because you let off a few rounds into the air?

A better solution would be disabeling the ability to draw your weapons while in a town, as that would be easier to set up, but the gain for doing so would be minimal and hardly worth the time.

but that would totally make you unable to choose to start a fight in town if you're going the "evil" path. Id rather a Gothic style interaction where drawing a weapon gets you threatened/disliked till you sheath it again

Never said it was the best, but better then people turning into a mindless mob just because you were trying to shoot the moon out of the sky.

If anything, most people would react by throwing themselves under or running behind the nearest solid object whilst peeing their pants.
