Skill assesment won't unlock : Crysis

I am rank 45 and the skill assesments for some of the stealth modules are still locked. Do anyone know how to fix this?
The assesments that are locked are the ones were you have to get x amount of stealth kills and be cloaked for x amount of time.

You just said it yourself: "The assesments that are locked are the ones were you have to get x amount of stealth kills and be cloaked for x amount of time." so you need to do what it says to those skill assesments.
