1. When in combat, it becomes extremely difficult to bring up the pip boy. You can hit the key over and over and it will not always come up...resulting in your death often.
2. When in combat and cycling between aiming down the sight and hip firing of weapons, it sometimes will not aim down the sight upon click. It also will not always fire the weapon on the first few clicks.

1. Everyone seems to be having issues with lag in combat or around any NPC in general. This "lag" may or may not be contributing to the combat bugs I mentioned. But when there are many NPCs, the game does drop in framerate exponentially despite fairly good rigs people have. (It has been brought up that the problem may be with Windows, dual or quad core processors, direct x, graphic cards...especially NVIDIA as well as drivers. Though it seems that if we edit parts of the game we get a slight FPS jump...some of us anyways.)
