*this problem for some reason only happens when i start up up fallout 1 and 2 not tactics.
Basically i get, what i like to call, the rainbow pixels. When i first played the game everything was fine but later i tried loading the game up after quiting and the display got all weird. There were a lot of rainbow colors in the menu screen and intro movie. I load a save and it was some what \back to normal cept alot of purple pixels on roofs of buildings and menu displays. any advice on whats going on?

Possibly video card driver needs to be updated. What OS are you running? Possibly compatibility mode will be needed if running under Windows Vista. Its hard to say further from that since you have not given details of your current setup.
I told the Overseer of Vault 13 I'd give everything to save everyone, and so I did, I saved them all. Since then I've felt loneliness.
