I want to support gamesas but I'm having trouble paying for the Fallout Trilogy download.

After using Paypal to pay for it I get an error message saying
"Errors encountered An error occurred during your Paypal payment"

It charges me $19.99US and then I get an automated Refund of $19.99US and I can't download the games.

I'm in Australia. Does anyone have any solutions that don't involve using an alternative payment method?
