How can I play online?

I am wondering if there is a way to play on line and not have to host a game in order to do so? Like a direct site...
I have tried to connect to games but have always had to host it, and it just says that I automatically win in about 10 seconds, is there a way around this? I do not like hosting games as I "win" missions so quickly that it's not worth playing.
Thank you for any info on this.

I can't find a site where gamers play this great game...I've gone to sites recommended, only to find out once you sign up, the site isn't even GAME related,,,frustrating, and a waste of some nights.
