In my opinion, this is hands down the greatest racing game ever made. Unfortunately, it's incompatible with Windows XP. Is there a possibly that gamesas could release an XP compatible version of it on the Internet?

Have you tried setting the compatibility on the Properties menu?

Whiplash was not developed in-house. It is extremely doubtful a new patch could or would be created.
