What Abilities/Traits/Skills should be derived from the Intelligence Attribute?
*Special Note* In Fallout 1 & 2, a character with low intelligence had drastically reduced interaction with NPCs (probably because your character could only grunt) This severly affected the number of quests available.
Intelligence opens up alot of different options for character development through the application of medicine, repair, science, (and lesser degrees to all other skills). The options for Intelligence are so vast, that as an attribute, it should probably be divided into a skill tree.
Medicine- Applying your intelligence to the art of Healing
Repair-Using your mind to figure out the inner workings of different types of machines
Science- A more esoteric application of the mind and covers computers, biology, physics and geology.

I only hope some letters and words will be mixed up / dumbed down.
So when your characters speaks with intelligence 3 or lower you`ll end up saying:
"I are hungry" instead of "I am hungry" and so on.
Please for the love of Fallout do this. :D

haha that'd be awesome to have a "dumb" character and have his "speak" like that.
