That's right! Where?

What locations would you specifically like to see in PV13?

I, myself, want to see New York City with the Statue of Liberty made themed to The Planet of the Apes. >:+)

Take our stinking mitts off me you damned dirty mutant.

East coast would be fun, but it would also be fun to be around Californa if the game is set after Fallout 2, always nice to see what have happened to the old towns ^^ But could be fun to be NY and see what kind of stragglers that are living there. Image

California should definitly be one of the major areas of the game

A.) gamesas is based in California, which could easily be the reason that the first two Fallout games were made there. Bethseda on the other hand is based a little closer to the Maryland/D.C area; thus thier game fallout 3 is in .... The D.C. area. I'm not saying this is the only reason why the respective companies chose the locations they did, I'm just pointing out a quirky coincidence.

B.) California is geographically isolated by mountains, and I'm sure there will be an earthquake that will disconnect us from the mainland some day. Thus, the gameworld can be contained until new areas can be unlocked via expansions/upgrades.

C.) It never rains in southern california. If for some reason it does start to rain, expect mudslides. But usually the only clouds on a summer day will be the smoke clouds from the forest fires. Unfortunatly the fires are usually just North of L.A., which puts them just out of Tsunami Range. Lets not forget about Earthquakes too.

Juding from this piece of concept art, one of the locations is Seattle. The Vault - Fallout Wiki * Fallout Online * Fallout IRC Channel * Fallout: New Vegas

One place I would be interested in seeing would be an underwater Vault. >:+)

I see no reason why they would have not done that as part of the Vault Experiments.

Like an airtight vault under the ocean, or one that would require scuba gear and a time limit for how long you can be there? Because both of those sound pretty good.

Honestly i love the idea of Seattle since so far every single fallout has been in a desert/arid area, the idea of having some rainfall and possible bodies of water intrigues me. Especially since it could be a treasure trove of new mutated creatures and factions, but i can't help but think of other areas like Canada which could easily make for some interesting stories and critters, the first that comes to mind being a mutated moose, first off that might sound a little silly but honestly i can't see how it couldn't be at least a bit intimidating, i mean they already have a massive size and absolutely huge antlers, just imagine one mutated by the rads and whatnot.

I would love to see a lot of the u.s. everglades, etc. I would like to see maybe different states as expansions-hell-maybe even japan, bahamas russia, iceland, australia as expansions. We find a barge or something that we can rig, hence a new expansion

I love that idea about an underworld vault....

I would just add something like an underground airfield, secret base in the mountain where a part of the mountain opens to fire some Big Berta or nuclear warhead...also a naval base in ruins hidden behind the rocks...all of these areas would be purely for exploration and scavenging...in my place they all exist - even a maze from WWI holding all the tanks and weapons from that era - it is forbidden to access it due to long term deterioration of explosives that turn into nitroglycerin - if it blows it would take a few cities or more because nobody knows how big the maze is...there is also a six floor underground city (it was called nuclear fortress) built under the main capitol with elevators, trains, storage for tanks etc...

All of these above are realistic...I don't know if you could apply the idea of such structures into the soil of United States (PV13)...in my opinion it would be awesome to explore something like that...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%BDeljava_Air_Base

I found only this air base in English on Wikipedia...ahh its better than nothing...sorry for not locating others...lot of them are on my language or some other...for some I forgot the name, but I've seen some of them...makes you wanna explore every inch of that place - too bad that military is watching all of these places... Its better to live 3 days as a Lion, then spend the rest of your life as a hyena!
