so is black isle designing another saga to the highly acclaimed baldurs gate franchise or not? ive heard rumors of this being in the development stage but i figured id ask for my self

From past posts of people begging for a next gen BG3, I would have to say NO. There have been many of us trying to find any hint of this, but it seems it has died. Our best bet is a snowblind studios project in the works. All things lead to a new dungeon crawler from SB, but no announcement has been made as of yet...expect it to be in 2011.

This is why I can't wait for V13. I've never been on a game forum with so much dev involvement, and the game hasn't even been officially announced. (But if you go to About gamesas -> Careers -> Technical Director...

Wouldn’t Hurt to Have:

* Previous MMORPG experience.
* Familiarity with the Fallout? universe.

... It's not official...yet) *The first time I saw a Deathclaw...well, now that's a story for a different day.*
