The books on the desk are, from what I can tell, from left to right
Coping With Mr. Virus
How to Eat Rat 2nd Edition 15 (something) recipes and (more stuff)
Vault Dweller's Survival Guide
Flotation Homes and Seaweed
And the book face up is (something something) Fieldguide
An album and record player, the album is
Ma Rainey's Black Bottom (http://www.1000recordings.com/images/artist-r/rainey-ma-708-l.jpg)
Obviously Nuka-Cola with caps strewn about.
scratched into the table are
"The Master Lives" and "(heart with arrow through it) Harold"
A pistol with a spare clip and some loose rounds.
A free range brahmin poster.
Old TV with turn knobs displaying the old "Please Stand By" screen.
Various scraps of paper.
The pictures appear to be mostly of buildings of various sorts and I'm pretty sure I saw variations on previously released concept art in the lot. The two most interesting were the ones of the man and others similarly dressed in the background, and of the 2 headed, 2 tailed dog/wolf/coyote animal.
Most of it appears to be setting the mood, but the book about water, which wasn't addressed in FO1&2 for the most part could be interesting. Will we see an apearance by Harold? or a reincarnation of The Master(presumably an impostor or replacement, I know i killed him damnit)? The music could be an early idea for intro music. And I definitely look forward to encountering that coyote mutant in game, hopefully it comes to pass.
What's everyone else think? *The first time I saw a Deathclaw...well, now that's a story for a different day.*
