I bought the Balder's Gate Box Set from GeeksWholesaler via Amazon.com and my game arrived yesterday. I did not realize that the one I bought required Vista to work. I do not have VIsta and can not find my order information on Amazonfor some reason. I still have the invoice but not the original envelope it was shipped in. I have everything that came with the game though. I wanted to know if there is any way I could exchange the oen I have for one that only requires Windows XP as that is the only operating system I have. Is that possible and if so, would you be willing to exchange it for me? Or tell me how to go about exchanging mine for one that will work. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time and effort in helping me to solve this issue.

That last Baldur's Gate compilation we published was put out before Windows Vista. We never published a version that required Vista and we're not the publisher of the Baldur's Gate series anymore. Is it possible this is a new release from Atari?

In any case, I can't imagine why it would require Vista and not work on XP.

Sorry that we can't be of more service. I'm personally very intrigued by this. Would it be possible for you to scan the box cover (front/back) and maybe the DVD label to post here? That might give us some more info to go on.
