Hey everyone, I have a question that I hope someone here can answer - concerning the game Icewind Dale. I know, it's a rather old game, but I still enjoy it, and surprisingly enough I haven’t completed it as of yet. Anyway, the game was fine for a while, I got through most of the adventure, but a few months ago I loaded the game, and found some rather distressing things. First, with the quick slots for weapons, items, and marching formations, they are blacked out (hard to read). And if there is an item on the game room floor, I can see the item but its background is black. Also, if I’m looking at the map, most of the map will be blacked out as well, and if I move the pointer around the map, it reveals some of the unseen yet other parts will turn black. Anyway, it makes the game hard to play, I was hoping someone might have a fix or suggestion for how to remedy all this. I tried to uninstall and reinstall, but that didn’t do much. I patched my video card too -- still nothing. Anyway, if anyone can help me, I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks again!
