ok im wondering if there is anyway to change the resolution cause some of my display is cut off and yes i have tried many diffrent setting on my computer for reslution

Go to no mutants allowed and download the High res patches for fallout 1 or 2 (get killaps RP 2.0 in a thread [not yet updated to the download section]) and get Sfall

You'll be able to window and change resolutions

where would i go to get that thing? and how would i use it?
