And it's all from the same account. Ban rstu331. opqr645 too.

Seriously, polo shirts? Have these losers ever met gamers? Polo shirts? :D

I only wear shirts that say "I <3 toxic waste"! Note to my neighbors, those rumblings you heard earlier was not an earthquake, I now have nuclear power.

We ban 'em as we find 'em. The next version of the forum software is supposed to include improved anti-spam functionality. Some of us are eagerly awaiting the upgrade.

I always thought CAPTCHA prevented 'em.

CAPTCHAs are eventually broken. It's a never ending tit-for-tat between spammers and anti-spammers.

Hmm, I saw a relatively new anti-spam thing (either that, or I just haven't been paying attention). Upon registration, you have to solve an extremely simple math problem, such as 1 + 5 = ?. I'm not sure if phpbb has that, though.

As Chris mentioned they do break as spammers catch on and make their bots ever smarter. Captcha's here lately have proven to be more of a punishment to the actual users to have to type in some silly caption just to do anything while the spam bots are flying by with ease. Bots sadly are going to be a part of today's world. Its like the engine in your car, it sounded like a great idea until one day it formed that "mysterious leak." ::sighs:: Image

We've changed a few things here and there should be no more spam visible to most people.

Hopefully, it's better for a while.
