hey has any one notice new Special Encounter like King Arthur and the Nights, because this is the First time i even notice them?

P.S i change it every thing in this post, because i didn't realize that instead of having one post i made two with different names so i just change it.

I love the special encounters in the fallout world they are the most fun to be had but if you are talking about normal encounters like meeting a bandit and that its all part of the game and nothing can be done about it
