Could anyone tell me (or point the direction) where I could get fonts from Fallout, Stonekeep, Carmageddon etc. etc. ?? Thanks

To get at the fallout fonts unpack master.dat, and they're the *.fon and *.aaf files.

What'd you want them for though? They're unscalable bitmap fonts, include very little punctuation and some of them are uppercase only. You wont be able to use them like regular fonts. You're better off trying to find another font that looks similar.
