Support for Interplay

Post » Sun May 17, 2009 11:31 pm

Some of the recent things that have be gonig on else where are starting to annoy me, a lot.

I can't do anything to directly support gamesas but I am going to make a point of buying some of their released games this month.

I would buy some stock if I had some extra cash for that. And I would also give them the several millions of dollars (as an investment) if I had several millions of dollars to spare. (Or even had ;) )

Please show your support for gamesas. Buy some of their games/products. Even if you have a copy, buy another copy of your favorite game.

Wish gamesas could/would have some other items to purchase like:

Shirts, caps, mugs or something.

If gamesas could 'print on demand' shirts or caps or mugs or something, they could possibly keep cost down and make a small bit of money to boot.

Go, gamesas.

I'm personally going to pick up the Fallout Trilogy and a few other games they have on Good Old Games. I'm waiting for more information on their DS game but no one seems to have any, gamesas is also releasing Earth Worm Jim on XBLA/PSN right?

Dave, It's disgusting to read some of the things being said about gamesas on the NMA fallout site and I'm sure other fan sites but then again we're used to it.

I feel that gamesas is in the wrong as they did breach the contract. But Bethesda is also over-reacting. Firstly they were kinda dumb to expect gamesas to have come up with a Fallout MMO so soon, as gamesas are still recovering from claming bankrupt, then coming back. Secondly its packaging...so what if gamesas didn't run it by you first, your still going to get some money from the sales. And as for the whole trilogy name thing, there are 3 games in the pack and trilogy means 3. Grow up Bethesda!

Plus I like gamesas, they are one of the few developers that I do actually like. They have done good games in the past, and are doing good games in the future.

We actually don't know how their future games will play, they could all be junk. I certainly hope not, but right now, I'm not seeing a lot of positive signs from gamesas regarding future games.

As a stock owner, I would like to know if the CEO is really making $250,000 a year while the company hasn't released a new game in MANY, MANY years. As an investor, I would like to know that this company is using money wisely and for actual game development...I'm not seeing much of anything along the lines of game development...T-Rex Rumble, maybe this year? I haven't even seen any hands-on previews of the game, other than that YouTube video that was posted last year of the game.
