I had "members could contact me by mail" (don't know exact term) enabled. Is that the mistake?
After I visited my profile there was no email address visible.

Interesting. I'd disable that setting.

Has this been happening to anyone else? We get a lot of spam, but we prevent it from reaching the boards. This could be a new tactic from the spammers.

I got my yahoo email showing below my profile name and I never been contacted by spammer
