Having the same problem when I try to access the homepage > Smarty error: unable to read resource: "fr_index.tpl"
and on all other pages of the site >
Smarty error: unable to read resource: "fr_support_index.tpl"
Smarty error: unable to read resource: "fr_games_battlechess.tpl"
etc.

Have found this post and i hope it's gona fix ure problem but dont forget to save your data base befor http://fonality.com/trixbox/forums/trixbox-forums/help/warning-smarty-error-unable-read-resource-index-tpl
