When I try to install fallout 2, the installation screen comes up, but I can't move my mouse or do anything to pick what size I want to install. It's like it freezes, just that, not my computer. I've tried going to the properties and opening up the setup file, but everytime it just stops at the installation screen.
Can someone give me some ideas?

Are you installing from a disc or a digital download? If it's a disc, what's the condition of the disc like on the back?

What OS are you running?

I have vista, and the disk looks perfectly fine, no scratches or anything. It is a disk, not a download.

Did you try installing compatibility mode?

My Computer
D: (or what ever drive the game is in)
Find setup.exe
Right Click -> Properties
Click the Compatibility Tab

Try to play around with those settings?
