Second person shooter?

I'm a new guy here called Kubanen from Sweden.. Anyway, i've been playing fallout alot of years
fallout 1,2 and 3 and so on, and i really missed an online one and found it up here.

But i have a question

What is second person shooter? and why not use third-person shooter for the new fallout mmo?

The only time Fallout MMO was said to be in Second person was as a joke, so you don't need to worry about it.

And Second person shooter would be from your enemies / targets point of view. So far the information on exactly what perspective it will be hasn't been released, to my knowledge. But you can be sure that they will do their best with whatever is decided.

fallout can only be isometric. else its not fallout... So youre telling me FO3 is better than the first two? Okay i respect your opinion. Can we step outside for a sec?

Project V13 the upcoming fallout online made by gamesas now have an interesting gameplaymechanic where you will actually see through your enemies eyes, but you will control your own character normally, this PoV is more commonly called second person shooter.
