IMO, keep it PC.
I have nothing against consoles, but when it comes to any game which uses a system of aiming other than selecting a target (and i'm assuming FOOL is going to have some form of first person or third person shooter format) console gamers are at a serious disadvantage, which is why almost every shooter that comes out on a console incorperates an autoaim feature.
Also, if it's released for a console that can severly limit how much it can be upgraded in the future. How many consoles can hold 20G of patch files along with all your save games and patches for other games?
And, like it was already stated, most games which get released for both PC and console get "dumbed down", IMO this is because of the limitation of buttons found on the console though. I also think there aren't that many console gamers out there that would spend $20+ on a keyboard and mouse for thier console to be able to play an MMO (it's hard to type in a chat channel using a gamepad).
