During the course of this legal battle your currently in with X. Listen to your lawyers and stopmaking rediculous public comments.
This is in referance to Eric Caen's comments.
Now I'm not trying to saying which way or another about the court battle. I am just refering to the public comments being made by your people.

1. They make you look horrible to the public
2. They can and will be used as evidence

How hard is it to say "No Comment"? Image

Assuming you're talking about the Fallout 6 thing, there's nothing wrong with those statements since it's simply stating something that's public knowledge. Notice how he doesn't say anything beyond that in regards to Fallout Online?

Who cares what a bunch of commenters/forum posters say, most of the people commenting on the Fallout issue don't know the full (available to the public) details.

RE: Not a lawyer/legal advice and all that jazz.

The comments are just stating a possible outcome.
IF the court find company X guilty the contract could revert back to the previous contract and with that Fallout would go back to gamesas and the original creators (chris, mark)
