Hello! Recently discovered this forum and the upcoming Fallout Online game, and feel very relieved. I hope it'll be out somewhere when I'm done with army (in a year). Anyway, I played all Fallouts, especially liked second and New Vegas. But are there any mentions of other countries than USA being involved into nuclear war?

Well I remember some words about Canada and a bit of China, but what of Europe or Russia? Myself am from Russia, the reason why I wonder how it is there in FO times... Would be nice to have at least more hints about things going on in post-nuclear world.

It would be amazing if FO Online allowed users to become traveling merchants, selling items from drops or purchases as well as crafting materials, and post items that they would wish to buy from players and the amount of the items. If the players have the skill they can repair items for other players as well. The money would be a set amount dictated by the player-merchant in caps for purchasing from other players and if players purchase from your wares your caps increase automatically in your storage, using a brahmin or some other form of a traveling storage facility for all the transactions. As your trading skill increases so would the form of merchant storage facility types allowing for more storage space (for example a robotic traveling storage facility has more space than a brahmin at a higher level). Of course it would not be to safe for a merchant to travel alone as other players could rob them, so hiring other players or npc mercs to protect you would be a must. Eventually you could have enough player-merchants and mercs to become a great trading company and rule the wastelands
