The Enclave are trained, intelligent, powerful, organized, and free from the diseases of radiation. They plan on wiping out all wastelanders and and rebuilding the world in their own image. Sounds like a pretty jerk (am I allowed to swear on these forums?) thing to do, but in doing so they would be sparing humanity hundreds of years of suffering and struggle, and would have America and humanity back on track in no time. Plus, knowing Enclave propaganda, the new population would be composed entirely of loyal, cooperative, and brainwashed patriots. They would work happily to support the Enclave, and would lay down their lives for it at any time for any cause. Does this seem positive to you and me? No. But it would probably be the best thing for the humanity, to have a highly organized and advanced labor force that follows instruction without question. It's no like they would feel oppressed or anything. What do you think? Is the Enclave really as bad as our past experiences in Fallout would have us believe? VOICE YOUR OPINIONS!

The enclave is evil, no doubt otherwise NCR, Brotherhood (BoS is more pulled to neutral IMO but whatever) and everyone would join in.
Of course it's the so called point of view, but lets not forget what they did on the past specially using the FEV, if that's NOT "evil" i don't know what it is.
It's a question of moral concepts, and as they're also humans, most humans are greedy... i think you get what i mean by now.

The Enclave are the remnants of the U.S Goverment and Military not to mention the most advanced and leathal force in Post apocalyptic america. Its interesting to see peoples opinions on the Enclave, they all justify the NCR, Brotherhood of Steel and various other groups. But in reality seen in the events of New Vegas the NCR isnt helping anyone lol.. they just take everything they can and are lead by a corrupt goverment of whoever holds the most wealth is king.

The brotherhood of steel is an advanced faction but they are not interested in saving humanity just the Tech that was left behind lol... in fact they seem to kill everyone just the same, but do it in a Knightly polite way lol... They are not out to save humanity and certainly not helping, they refer to the wastelanders as savages and kill anyone who posses any tech that they want. Just imagine your walking along a road with a nice laser rifle you just uncovered after days of scavanging your thinkg "Oh this will feed me for months when i sell it" then they approach you and shoot you dead and take it. Thats about as good as they will ever be..

Past the Enclaves first phase of killing all the mutants, phase Two rebuilding a clean peaceful world with no war or fighting basically it would eventually be like the Tranquility simulation without that nutjob Braun murdering people for amusemant lol..

To tell the truth, I think that some of the members of the Enclave weren't into the whole 'Kill every mutant and become the only true race on planet Earth again' so technically, as a group I would say yes, but as individuals, depends on their moral.

Sure some members were traitors and went awhole, but only a few did that and by few im talking you could count them on both hands. It does come down to moral and no one in the Enclave was excited saying "Hey were going to wipe them all out! isnt everyone screaming with joy lol" but they were doing what needed to be done to move forward and bring stability with the nation. All the groups have their own agenda but in reality the Enclave was the only one thinking about the future.
