What is Project 13 (Fallout Online) going to be for?

Just wondering cause i have been looking forward to this game for a while and i just want to clarify if its going to be for Xbox 360 or if its just gonna be for PC. Can someone tell me?

The only platform we've even sort of announced is Windows-based PC.
