So when do we get to see a real website with concept art, development screenshots, regular blogs, etc?

The official site and forum has concept art, the forum has developer commentary as well.

Anywho, I nice site layout would be far superior to forums where you need to wade through the "I want to see this in the game or I'll die!" posts.

The lawsuits are still on going (the next hearing and perhaps final chapter is in December), I'm assuming they don't want to reveal too much about the game at this point because of them.

Its always sad to see a game held up by the law ~_~.

Hopefully the lawsuit issues get resolved fairly soon, so the uncertainty issues they generate about the status of the game and its development can be dismissed.
