As far as I see the world you created with motto "by gamers for gamers" has very dedicated fans. The thing is, I am pretty sure there are tons of fans who likes to help the process of making of this game, technically, financially, or in any manner. Please let us develop this game along with you somehow, other than our ideas via this forums. I think I would love buying tshirts and coffee mugs decorated with pipboy or posters of nuka coka. Some talented people could design few 3D graphics for game. Or at very least make unofficial patches, missions for BoS, which would help you sell more of old fallout. As a translator and interpreter, I would like to join a translation team for V13 or older fallout games and all... I wonder if other people would like to do some job, helping too. See if we can get a community out of this. and by gamesas's guidance do some help.
