Some of my Modular Ideas to Start your Game Off Strong

Post » Wed Jul 22, 2009 2:34 pm

The starting town should behave two opposing factions that belong to the Tribal race. These are sentient people in forms unlike man-kind.

Critter type 1 is a rat-dwarf that has a sack of rice for pants. They hop along like in a family event.

Critter type 2 is a bear-dwarf that uses a pogo-stick to get around. Some bear-dwarfs use sizable vases that have large springs attached underneath so they too can hop around.

here is some info about their culture:
Tomato Salsa is a primary food group .
They also enjoy straw-berry jelly which is one part insect guts.

inside their spaghetti noodle huts, lay many pine-cone furniture. Imagine for a moment their bed, consisting of a finely crafted pretzel hammock. On this is a giant potato chip which they use as a pillow.

Their town is comprised of an uncanny maze of artisan quality stone buildings . Few are more than 1 wall high. Many snipers will prefer the roofs, indeed.

I believe strongly in dynamic environments. While I can not confess this as a purely fallout effect, I think there should be angry cyclones with numerable acorns swirling around corrupt tree-fiends.

Picture for a moment, the river having left , and only the reefs sticking out of the mud, as the vast storms approach.

This may be a controversial topic. But you must use your imagination.

As advertised, the modularity allows you to interchange the nouns with any steam-punk penumbra which radiates from your no-doubt genius developers' minds.

Wait, everyone just stop flaming him for a second. I think there is really something here...something terrible. All I want for Christmas is APA and a gauss rifle.

Thank you for posting this. I love that instead of posting a complaint about all the idiots who think they can suggest stuff all day long in paiful detail and expect to be anything other then annoying, you wrote us a satirical suggestion instead. Hats off to you sir. Very excellent indeed. Too bad most of these forum trolls lack the social skills to realize they are being made fun of. Another drunk conquistador conquering the governor's ball...

I, too, like chocolate mushrooms.

With that being said, I think this thread has the potential for, well, something. Best to lock it now before things get too mushroomy.
