if you changed the story a bit and the name of the game but it was still a post apocolyp world . then you are not slave to bethseda !And could work at your own speed and dont have to collect 20 millon. Like change pip boy to pip human, and the story could be thath humans think that nuclear bombs destroyed the earth but it was actually aliens and only some humans knows that but they are old almost dead ,you can even realease it singel player

But hopefully they can just laugh Bethesda out of a courtroom and release the game as intended.
