On the BETA registration page it says: 'Fallout? is a registered trademark of Bethesda Softworks LLC, a ZeniMax Media company, in the U.S. and/or other countries, and is used by gamesas under license from Bethesda Softworks LLC. All Rights Reserved.' Was this put before Bethesda took legal action, or is it officially licensed now? Because I really want to see this game.
