I hope this is ok to post. It's not pretty, but it IS what's going on and directly effects the future (or lack there of) of this game.

I tried to come up with something good to write but all I could think of is:

They are to be allowed to make a game that has the name Fallout... but NO real fallout content? I can just hope that gamesas wins in this case, I think nothing bad about bethesda, I love their games and all but this is just plain stupid and evil...

//And I guess Chris will barge in here any moment so: Don't speak bad of other companies... (even though I just did... anyways!)
