Visible Effects?

I'm not talking about sparkles you can buy or anything like that.
I'm mostly a nice person in the fallout games, this probably included.
Will there be a way to visibly, at first site, notice if someone is poisoned/has a high rad count?
Most of the time I am very careful around poisonous enemies and radiation, and I think I can help out some people by donating some antivenom/Radaway if they don't have any.
Is there going to be a way to notice these things so people like me can be better people in this Wasteland?

yellowy-green glow if irradiated with a debuff to tell you?

bright purple glow if poisoned, again with a debuff?

black glow or effect if they've just eaten human flesh, with a debuff that lasts 60 seconds and automatically flags for pvp? :p wishful thinking

Well, if they can manage the graphics, perhaps you will be able to tell just by looking at them. For example, if they are poisoned they might have some big sore on their face or a painful expression or something.

First of all, it's great to hear other players plan to play as good guys.

I think maybe slight colouration on the player name might work. A tinge of green for poison, and so such. If bothersome, maybe just on the first letter, or first few letters of the name.

That's the high end solution for the second decade of 21-st century
Hey, man, we got almost photo-realistic graphics, and you are talking about colored letters? Wake up. Excuse my bad English... I am a Russian bear, it's hard to type with claws.

It would be helpful if there are are visual clues to include something obvious like the colored letters.

But why just shout out "Help! I'm poisoned!"

yeees, but since when does actually poison show up as a green sparkling affect on people irl? I'd rather have a slumpier walk/run style and a green text than to have my character either pulsing with a green tint or to have some kind of colour sparkling everywhere. Image

Yeah. And I'd rather something simple, myself, so I can be running around blasting people and helping friendly players without having to walk up to them and look at their face.

Or is green sparkles really what people have in mind? :| Because that would just be... terrible...

You said that :| You are stuck it the 20-th century.
I was talking about animations. Unsteady walk, weak pose, retches, etc. It's just one more animation pack less then 1 Mb, but it's more informative then all green letters in the world.
Badly injured person should bleed, stunned should stagger, crippled should limp, etc.
I will be happy to receive full information from graphics instead of UI. Excuse my bad English... I am a Russian bear, it's hard to type with claws.

Not yet. Wait for game release.

P.S. my English is not good enough to feel sarcasm or whatever, so save your keyboard. Excuse my bad English... I am a Russian bear, it's hard to type with claws.
